MB 'EYE' on the Future
Building Future Leadership
Over the last 7 years, an elite group of individuals have been selected to participate in the MBEye on the Future Program. Over 120 leaders have been through the program and are currently participating in the leadership pool, committees and task forces within The Master Builders of Iowa. This course offers attendees a tremendous opportunity to continue their path of success and become more and more involved in the industry as current and future leaders of the construction industry in Iowa. Participants are nominated by executive management and then must apply for the program. Careful consideration is made by the selection committee comprised of past graduates before a class is selected. The class begins meeting on August 25th in Ames, Iowa and will continue with a 6 month program on leadership, presentation skills and an introduction to the Master Builders of Iowa.
