Safety Huddles-Toolbox Talks
Our objective for the MBI Safety Huddles is to customize the general information available out there to Iowa specific safety concerns. Each Huddle is broken down into an overview of information, Iowa OSHA’s perspective, frequently asked questions from field employees and how to apply safety procedures on your job site. The Iowa OSHA Perspective will give your field workers a look through OSHA’s eyes, by identifying areas of concern and commonly cited violations.

Customized Written Safety Programs
A company’s written safety plan needs to be specific to their individual company in order for them to be effective. In many instances, a company’s written programs have been taken from others, and then copied verbatim. The downside to this is that the company doesn’t truly get buy in from either upper management to field staff, and ended up collecting dust on a self someplace. MBI’s written programs will address the required information but will call for each individual company to fill in the questions with their own company information. These programs are designed to help you through the process of making, designing, and implementing a program as apposed to simply copying and pasting it and calling it your own.
