Does the 10-Hour OSHA Construction Course have to be held in two days?
Yes. The OSHA Outreach Training Program has revised the course to limit the training to 7 1/2 hours per day. Therefore all 10-hour courses must be conducted over a minimum of two days and the 30-hour over four days. This effort is to improve the quality and integrity of the Outreach Training Program. If training does not meet the requirement, the trainer will not receive student completion cards. Contractors who have their workers take the course will need to adjust the work schedule.
