When we think of a successful construction operation, we often forget about all the hard and necesary work required off the construction site. Marketing directors, accountants, office clerks, in-house architects are all required and key positions determining the success or failure of a construction operation. Career advancement in most of this positions (with exeption to arquitecture and others) do not require college education. However, part-time college enrollment or a college degree are often recomended for advancement in the profession.
