POINT BUILDERS is pleased to announce Christopher S. Wheeler has been promoted to President effective January 1, 2010.  Past President and Founder, Fred Timko has become the Chairman of the company.

Mr. Wheeler previously served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing and joined POINT BUILDERS in 2001 as General Manager/Director of Business Development at the Davenport, Iowa location.  He will now be responsible for all day-to-day company operations.

In addition, Dave Draker has been appointed Vice President of Operations and Monica Funk has become Vice President of Human Resources & Finance. 

Established in 1988, POINT BUILDERS specializes in “Integrated Project Delivery” of Construction Management services offering complete design and construction development for all types of non-residential low and mid-rise buildings including office, manufacturing, warehouse and distribution, retail, religious, educational and municipal with offices located in Cedar Rapids, Cedar Falls, Davenport and Des Moines.
