Master Builders of Iowa

This August, the 7th class of MBEye on the Future will convene carrying on the tradition of determining, building and preserving tomorrow’s leaders in the construction industry. The MBEye on the Future program is a one of a kind leadership series only available through the Master Builders of Iowa. 

The group selected to participate will complete the The Leaders Course®, a program presented by the nationally recognized Ken Bradford. This proven, once-a-month class will equip each participant with the essential tools needed to become an effective, charismatic leader and presenter ... in any situation. Graduates have reported a significant boost in professional growth and new insights into personal effectiveness.

In addition to this elite training opportunity, the group will develop relationships with colleagues around the state, developing an added appreciation and understanding about the condition of the entire industry and a network of professionals across geographical, professional and economic lines.

A nomination form link can be found below.  You can nominate more than one individual from a company, but bear in mind that the selection committee will attempt to make the class as diverse as possible from the field of nominees.  Once a nomination form is received, an application form will be sent to the nominee.

The class will meet Thursday afternoons through lunch on Friday once a month for six months beginning in August.  The cities and exact dates will be announced shortly after the class selections have been made.  The cost to participate is $500 which will include 5 sessions of The Leaders Course®, Direct Line Life Coaching, course materials and all meals.  Participants are also responsible for travel and lodging expenses.
