Business Strategies to the Construction Crisis

Iowa’s construction industry and market is in crisis.  Record levels of unemployment, market compression, falling prices and a host of other challenges face the industry in the foreseeable future.  Recognizing this and that our members are looking for critical information and solutions, the Convention and Travel Committee has developed a unique and appropriate convention program agenda to correspond with the times.   We hope you agree that the subjects are essential and necessary to help guide small, medium and large size firms through the maze of challenges that lie before our industry.

Members are urged to attend for the following reasons:
