A membership with the Construction Update Plan Room Network gives its members access to plans in the physical plan room and a subscription to the CU newspaper. A membership with the Master Builders of Iowa gives its members access to the best consultants in the industry!
As a member of the MBI, you are also a member of the Associated General Contractors of America. MBI membership provides members with a comprehensive array of educational, safety, environmental, labor, legal, and professional development and legislative services. Members of the Master Builders of Iowa are able to utilize these professional products and services that would cost them many times the dues investment if they were to procure them alone. These products and services enhance member contractors' productivity and profitability and help them grow and prosper. Membership in MBI also gives firms the opportunity to play a part in shaping the future of the construction industry and ensures that their voices are heard.
MBI General Contractor members are able to use the Construction Update Plan Room Network physical plan room services at no additional charge. If a MBI Associate Member would like to subscribe to the Construction Update Plan Room Network services, they would have to join their local plan room. If a MBI member joins the Plan Room, they are able to take advantage of a 20% discount off of their Plan Room dues since they are a MBI member.
