Why?
The March Construction Essentials session will discuss some of the reasons why ten percent of our workforce devours ninety percent of our time. We will also identify potential strategies that can be implemented throughout our organizations for addressing some of these issues. Participants will work through common workplace issues to strengthen their understanding of process. Participants are also invited to bring examples of issues that they may be currently facing or have faced in the past to work through. HR professionals and all levels of management will learn and discuss reasons behind personnel issues and methods to utilize and deal with them effectively.
