With all the changes and improvements that have occurred over the years, the one thing that remains constant in the construction industry is the reward of seeing the accomplishments of your work. For Bill to be able to travel around and know that he played a key role in building many very important structures is something he will be proud of for the rest of his life. That is what makes the construction industry so great and what makes the people involved with it so special!

Valarie Meyer is a young woman in an industry that has been traditionally dominated by the male gender, but has definitely opened up with opportunities to females in all aspects from management, to field labor, to equipment operator and whatever else you can imagine.

Today Neumiller has their own shop, employs 25 field electricians, 3 office staff, and performs over 4 million dollars worth of electrical work yearly. Oh, and if you are wondering Matt is now 29 years old.

Mike Cunningham has truly had a long and storied journey in the construction industry over the years. One of Mike’s first big projects was the EMC Insurance building in downtown Des Moines. That project was a springboard for Mike to become well known in the industry and make a name for himself.
