The Master Builders Plan Room in Sioux City now has a wide format printer which will allow members to have prints made for projects that are not physically in the Sioux City Plan Room. The Plan Room staff has the ability to view and print any project that is in any of the Plan Rooms within our network. In addition to the wide format printer, the Sioux City Plan Room also has a wide format copier which will allow you to copy your own plans that you bring into the Plan Room. It is the best of both worlds with the addition of the new printer.

The majority of all projects that are received in all of our Physical Plan Rooms will be scanned into an electronic format and put on The Construction Update Online Plan Room powered by iSqFt. Once the project is available online, each office has the ability to print plans & specifications even if the paper plans are not available in your local Plan Room. Although you will not be able to view the projects online without an iSqFt subscription, if you know what sheets you need, we will be able to print them for a small fee.

If you see a project listed in The Construction Update Newspaper and the plans are not in your local Plan Room, contact your local Plan Room to ask about printing the plans & specs that are helpful to you. In most cases, we do not have the resources to reproduce full sets, but we can easily print a couple dozen full-size plan sheets at your request in a short period of time. 8 ½ x 11 = $.10/sheet
11x17 = $.25/sheet
24x36 = $1.50/sheet
30 x 42 = $2.50/sheet
36 x 48 = $2.75/sheet
