It’s vitally important to make sure the applicant can meet the physical requirements of the position before given the job than trying to get him/her back to an arbitrary physical condition after an injury has occurred.
This webinar will explain what a contractor must do to establish the physical demands for each job description. By matching the applicant with strength and agility requirements he/she is less likely to suffer a debilitating injury.
