Having a written drug testing program brings rewards and responsibilities. The rewards are evident; workers with drug problems don’t get hired. The responsibilities are a little less so. The Iowa law that covers what employers must do to run a testing program is extensive and if the employer doesn’t follow it properly it puts itself in a position where it may have to answer to a discrimination charge.
This webinar is aimed at those who are responsible for executing their companies testing program so they can learn or relearn what they must do and ask a few questions like “What do we do in states where medical marijuana is legal?”
