To improve productivity we first must define the problem.  Unfortunately, most contractors trying to improve productivity are focused on the wrong issues.  Unfortunately, there is no silver bullet.  Each company has a different set of obstacles.  Instead of telling you what to fix, this program explains how to evaluate your situation and identify the problems that are reducing your productivity.  In fact, this program will assign homework to be performed between this webinar and the next in the series.
