Course Information:
Jobsite safety will be enhanced when the Project Manager becomes a partner with the jobsite Superintendent to reach the pre-established safety goals. Just as in project production it is essential that these two positions have the same safety goals and share in the responsibilities to reach them. This program will point out the reasons why a partnership is essential and provide the basic elements on making it work. Both the Project Manager and the Project Superintendent will benefit by attending this program.
