MB EYE on the Future is an important initiative for sustaining leadership in the association and in the construction industry in Iowa. This leadership program combines essential educational programs each month, as well as networking with past, present and future leaders across the state of Iowa. Over 200 graduates throughout the last thirteen years have sparked a new level of member participation in the organization.
Companies can nominate more than one individual from a company, but bear in mind that the selection committee will attempt to make the class as diverse as possible from the field of nominees. Once a nomination form is received, an application form will be sent to the nominee.
Nomination forms must be completed and returned to MBI by Friday May 26, 2017.
The class will meet once a month for six months, beginning in September – dates and locations are listed below. Sessions will begin on Thursday and conclude on Friday. The cost to participate is $900, which will include meals. Participants are responsible for travel and lodging expenses.
