Smartphones, tablets, mobile-plan stations and electronic blueprints. If you would have asked someone on a construction job site 20 years ago what technologies would make up their day-to-day activities, do you think they would have responded with those items listed? Construction technologies continue to evolve each day, and staying up with the latest trends can be a challenge in itself. The focus continues to be on building faster, building more cost effectively, and attempting to build BETTER. We often forget about one aspect when it comes to technology - Building Safer.

The construction industry is well ahead of where it was 20 years ago when it comes to safety, and a lot of that can be equated to newer/better technologies to keep employees safe. But what’s that going to look like in another 20 years? In this webinar, we’ll discuss where current construction safety technologies are helping other companies, where the industry seems to be heading with new technologies and what’s currently being worked on to be implemented in the foreseeable future. The cost of doing business is not going down, and the cost of keeping your employees safe isn’t either. We encourage our members that are interested in construction safety to connect to this webinar, and see where they can begin to evolve their own existing systems and job sites.
