The Essential Communications Course and Service for Multicultural Construction Crews

The construction workforce is facing drastic composition changes. Differences in culture and native language of the workers have created an education and productive relations gap that will be filled through proper training of the construction workforce. This course uses a 40-minute toolbox talk integration approach, in which Americans, Bosnians, Hispanics and all other cultural groups involved in the construction industry come together to learn communicational skills as well as cultural differences. Theses course allows construction foremen to better manage their workers while the construction workers understand the differences, feel and act safer, and loose the fears of communicating in English. This training includes the use of the nationally awarded "Handbook on the Essential Resource for the Construction Industry".
