AGC Student Chapters

Iowa State AGC Student Chapter

The Iowa State AGC Student Chapter is an organization designed for Construction Engineering Students to get involved in the program, perform extensive community service, promote comradery amongst classmates, enhance industry involvement as well as knowledge and interaction, and to have a really good time while learning construction engineering. On another note, this AGC Student Chapter, whose continued work in Hurricane Katrina stricken areas of Mississippi, is be the first recipient of AGC's commitment to service award. This is the first time any student chapter has received this special recognition. Congratulations to the AGC Student Chapter at Iowa State University!

U of Northen Iowa, Conststruction Management Club

Even though the Construction Management Club at UNI is not an AGC Student Chapter, the students in this club have an opportunity to:

  • Develop relationships and interact with professionals in the field as well as professional associations.
  • Experience new technique's and processes.
  • Attend and compete in national conventions.
  • Participate in regional and national estimating and construction management competitions.
  • Foster and develop professionalism in the construction industry.
